Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy today tweeted he spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, seeking “political support”.
President Zelenskiy said he briefed PM Modi about the current situation in Ukraine and said that 1lakh invaders were on the Ukrainian land. He also said he urged the Indian PM to support Ukraine politically.
The tweet came shortly after shortly after Russia praised India’s decision to abstain from voting at the UNSC to condemn Russian aggression in Ukraine.
