Srinagar received heavy snowfall today. Life was thrown out of gear as most areas of the valley received snowfall. This is the season’s first heavy fall in the plains. The heavy manna disrupted flights and railway operations and also lead to the closure of the vital Srinagar-Jammu national highway, officials here said.
