An earthquake of magnitude 3.5 shook the Katra area in Reasi district in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday morning, according to the National Center for Seismology (NCS). The quake occurred at a depth of five kilometres and about 84 kilometres East of Katra.
There have been no reports of any damage or loss of life so far.
